We specialise in unique & unusual engagement rings and shaped to fit wedding rings. At the core of our business is our bespoke service which we provide to clients on a 1-2-1 basis, virtually.

Our bespoke process normally follow these steps:

1. Virtual Consultation or Email Consultation

Our initial consultation normally lasts around 45 minutes online and can be at your leisure via email.
We talk our clients through lots of options such as metal types, gemstone options, settings and budgets.
We start sketching and come up with a concept or mock-up which communicates our design. Next we source stones and quote for the design.

2.  Sourcing Gemstones And Diamonds

Next we source a selection of gemstones to suit your budget brief.
We use Ethical gemstone suppliers and can source high end large items, as well as small and unique pieces. We can source Salt & Pepper diamonds, grey and coloured diamonds too.
We often create a CAD model of your design. These are life-like models which we create on 3D software. The beauty of this method is that you can visualise your ring from every angle, before we have made it and make changes to anything you like.

3. Making Your Design

Once you’ve approved the design and are happy with the cost we start the manufacturing process.
We have a jewellery workshop at our home on the edge of the peak district national park, our pieces are crafted here by Jessica and her husband Ollie.
We also use world famous workshops in Hatton Garden, London and the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham as well as local individual craftsmen.
When your ring is complete we will dispatch it to you and then you can get on with your proposal! The complete bespoke process normally takes 3-10 weeks depending on complexity of the design.

4. Dispatch

All of our bespoke pieces come with a complimentary ring re-size, clean and polish. Our engagement ring customers have the benefit of discounts on their wedding rings and future jewellery purchases.
When your ring is ready to be dispatched it will be send in a white unmarked postal box, with branded Jessica Flinn ring box and folder inside. This folder also includes your valuation for insurance purposes. The folder also contains a copy of your sketches or mockups and CAD images.
We can dispatch your ring by insured and tracked post, we ship using Royal Mail in the UK fully insured and can ship internationally too.
We use modern jewellery techniques to create our designs and specialise in CAD and 3D printed designs.
