UNDERSTANDING

Neurodiversity

It all starts with learning, which is why we've made a commitment to investing in training courses and workshops for our entire team. 


In 2023, our company took part in an enlightening workshop led by Bea Marshall, a Neurodiversity Consultant and Trainer. During this session, we delved into ways to provide support for individuals with neurodiversities and how to enhance our knowledge and awareness of these important issues.

REPRESENTING

People of Colour

We acknowledge that our industry can sometimes lean toward tradition and lack inclusivity. Our goal is to turn that around. 


That's why we're wholeheartedly dedicated to embracing talent from people of colour, whether it's through employee development, collaborations with businesses owned by people of colour, or the representation of models with diverse skin tones. We aspire to contribute to the movement that empowers people of colour to flourish in this industry.

In everything we do, we take into consideration the needs of those with disabilities. 


We're committed to enhancing the Jessica Flinn experience for everyone. Our focus includes intensive staff training and ongoing discussions in our DE&I meetings to constantly improve the experiences of both our disabled customers and employees. While we acknowledge there's progress to be made, we're dedicated to ensuring accessibility for all. As part of our future expansion plans, we're exclusively exploring accessible units to further this commitment.
