After purchasing your Refresh service, please post your items to us via your chosen postal or courier service. We will hand your jewellery to our wonderful bench jeweller for some much deserved TLC and let you know when your rings are ready and on their way back to you!

Does your much-loved jewellery need a little bit of TLC? Send your ring for a special spa getaway where it will be pampered by our master jeweller and come back rejuvenated and ready to be shown off!

Our Refresh service includes a thorough clean and polish, and a full inspection by our master jeweller. They might make some recommendations for other treatments, which will be sent to you via email.

If you choose not to proceed with these recommendations, we'll have our jeweller complete your clean and polish in the normal estimated time frame. If you choose to proceed with the jeweller's recommendations, we'll ask for payment before commencing your additional repairs, and let you know when your ring's ultimate spa experience is complete.

Repair & Refresh Services

Our repair & refresh service covers jewellery cleaning, resizes and repairs for your much-loved jewellery pieces.

Your jewellery will be assessed in full when it arrives with us, and again by our master jeweller. It will be photographed at our offices to document the condition in which it arrives, and we will send you a condition report via email based on our inspection.

Please note, if the repair work requested by you cannot be completed without additional work by our jeweller, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and quote appropriately. Your repair work will begin after you have proceeded your quotation, or if you would prefer to have your items returned undone, we will arrange to have your goods returned in their original condition.

If you have purchased our Repair & Refresh postage pack, this will be dispatched to you the next working day. If you have opted for collection, please ensure you have chosen a date after your postage pack has arrived.

Our Repair & Refresh postage pack includes:

  • Plain black box
  • Security seal sticker to secure your box once your ring is inside
  • Padded envelope
  • Any relevant paperwork to complete and return to us
  • Special Delivery postage

Jessica Flinn makes rings in UK sizes from F to Z+6. Please refer to the size choices above to see what sizes this product is available in.

Ready-to-Ship rings can be resized approximately 3 sizes larger or 3 sizes smaller, please allow 7-10 working days.

*Please note - if you select "Send me a ring sizer" and your shipping address is outside of the UK, your ring sizer will be subject to standard shipping charges. We will get in touch with you to arrange payment for the shipping of your ring sizer.

*Some ring sizes require additional metal and/or diamonds to create, and therefore may be subject to an extra charge. In this circumstance, we will get in touch with you.

Metal Choices

Our made-to-order, bespoke and custom rings are available in 9ct, 14ct, 18ct Rose, Yellow or White Gold, or in Platinum. Our gold is 100% recycled, and our bespoke and custom ring design service also offers mixed metal settings.

Our ready-to-ship engagement and wedding rings are made in 18ct recycled golds and Platinum.

All of our rings are hallmarked to ensure they are of the fineness stated in each listing. Our hallmarking guide can be found here.

Our manufacturing process involves 3D printing and casting to create our unique pieces. Any dimensions stated on our product listings may vary slightly from finished pieces within standard casting tolerances.


Each ring is marked with the 'Jessica Flinn' logo, so you know it's authentic and ours. 

Would you like to add a personal engraving on the inside of your ring?

Please type exactly what you want in the Engraving box (up to a maximum of 18 characters including spaces).  Please, be careful to type in Capitals or Lowercase characters exactly as you wish the engraving to appear on the ring. 

The laser engraving on the inside of your ring adds about 1 week to the delivery time.

You could write a special message, nicknames, the date of your wedding or your initials for example.  We engrave our rings with a nice, clean, simple font such as Calibri.

In addition to your engraving, all of our rings are hallmarked to ensure the precious metal used is of the fineness stated in each listing.

Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday - Friday.

Our standard delivery aims

For our Ready-to-Wear items being resized, please allow 7-10 working days. Ready-to-Ship items without a resize are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Made-to-Order Wedding Rings are usually dispatched in around 4-6 weeks, however please allow up to 10 weeks for Shaped to Fit or bespoke wedding rings.

Our Made-to-Order, Bespoke and Custom products will be ready to dispatch in approximately 6-8 weeks. If you have a deadline in mind please get in touch before ordering.

For Fine Jewellery, please allow 5-7 working days.

Please allow an extra week for a personalised engraving.

You can return Ready to Wear items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging. If you cannot return your items within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us within this time frame. Items can only be returned outside of 14 days of receipt if approved in writing by ourselves.

Goods that are personalised, bespoke, resized, engraved or made-to-order (including ready in 6 weeks) to your specific requirements are custom orders, which means that the item will be made, personalised or customised especially for you; because of this, these pieces of jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

However, if you order the wrong ring size we will do our best to resize it for you wherever possible.

The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present please contact us within a 14 day period.  For more information click here.

We cannot accept returns of earrings under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

Sharing Content

We love to share images of the beautiful designs our customers create on both our website and our social media channels. We may share images of your ring on these channels, and as a courtesy we will wait a reasonable period of time from dispatch before posting the images we take.

We also love to share your stunning wedding and proposal pictures, and thank you so much to all our customers that allow us to enjoy their special moment with them. If you send proposal or wedding pictures and videos to our inbox, we will take this as consent to share your images on our website and social media channels.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make us aware if you would not like us to share any content before a certain date, and if we do not hear from you regarding this we may share images of your design and/or wedding and proposal images on our website or social media channels at any time.

We, as the creators of the item(s), control intellectual property rights over the piece and can share photos and videos at our discretion.

Finance & Payment Options

We've partnered with both Klarna and PayPal Credit to help you spread the cost of your purchase. 


For purchases under £1000 you can split the total cost into three equal payments, paid over three months.Spend over £1000 and there's the option to buy now and pay in 30 days. Both of these options are interest free.

PayPal Credit

PayPal Credit offers four equal interest free payments over four months. If you want to spread the cost over a longer period of time, it will be 19.9% APR thereafter.
