After purchasing your Refresh service, please post your items to us via your chosen postal or courier service. We will hand your jewellery to our wonderful bench jeweller for some much deserved TLC and let you know when your rings are ready and on their way back to you!

Does your much-loved jewellery need a little bit of TLC? Send your ring for a special spa getaway where it will be pampered by our master jeweller and come back rejuvenated and ready to be shown off!

Our Refresh service includes a thorough clean, polish, and rhodium plate, and a full inspection by our master jeweller. They might make some recommendations for other treatments, which will be sent to you via email.

If you choose not to proceed with these recommendations, we'll have our jeweller complete your clean, polish and rhodium plate in the normal estimated time frame. If you choose to proceed with the jeweller's recommendations, we'll ask for payment before commencing your additional repairs, and let you know when your ring's ultimate spa experience is complete.
