Our consultations are different lengths depending on which appointment type you choose - from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes. All virtual consultations are 30 minutes, but this doesn't mean you can't book a follow up consultation if you feel like you have more questions! Each appointment type should have plenty of time to discuss all your ideas and/or try on all the sparkly things, as we've carefully tailored our consultation times to ensure you're not rushed but we can also accommodate as many of our lovely customers as possible!

We love seeing your gorgeous faces in person, but we get it - sometimes the stars won't align and you can't make it work, or you're just too far away to get to our Sheffield showroom. It's also pretty difficult to attend an appointment without your partner finding out!
That's why Virtual appointments are so dang convenient! Discuss your bespoke design ideas in the office break room, view gemstones in the queue for the drive-thru, or explore our ready-to-ship rings while you're pumping weights. Everyone needs a bit of human interaction every now and again, right? Well this interaction includes our amazing design team, a stunning art deco showroom and best of all, our unique engagement ring, wedding ring and gemstone collections overflowing with personality.

How long do the consultations last?
Do I have to pay for my consultation?
Currently we do not charge for our consultations, so there is nothing to pay to confirm your appointment! You've most likely already been chatting to our team about your ideas, so if you're at the stage where you're happy to move onto CAD design, you can choose to purchase our design service package during your appointment. If you choose one of our ready-to-ship pieces, you can secure it by paying in full via our in store POS system, or we can save your basket and email it to you!
What's the difference between bespoke and custom rings?
Some brands use these terms interchangeably, so it's totally understandable that it can be confusing! At Jessica Flinn, bespoke refers to a ring that is designed completely from scratch, or makes significant changes to one of our existing designs. We use the term 'custom' when you have fallen in love with one of our signature designs and are making it your own by changing the gemstone shape or type.
How far in advance can I book my appointment?
Appointments can be booked up to 16 weeks in advance, so you can plan everything to a T. You can also book appointments with only 2 hours notice where available, for times when you have a burning question or you're the spontaneous type!
What happens after my appointment?
After your consultation, your design consultant will send you an email summarising everything you discussed, and guide you through the next steps. This could be anything from a simple link to the Ready-to-Ship ring of your dreams so you can make your purchase, an initial quotation for the custom engagement or wedding ring you discussed, or a summary of all your creative ideas so we can get into the gemstone sourcing and design mockup stage! If there's anything you want to add or ask about post consultation, we're only an email or phone call away!

Engagement Rings - Our all encompassing engagement ring appointment covers bespoke, custom or ready-to-ship enquiries, and our gemstone collection will also be available to view.
Engagement Rings for Both Partners - Why should only one of you get to proclaim your engagement to the world? If you're both in the market for an engagement ring, this is the appointment for you.
Bridal Set - For those looking for an engagement and wedding ring set without multiple appointments!
Special Occasion Ring - We're all for treating yourself to something special, whether that's a special birthday, a promotion, anniversary, or just because!
Wedding or Eternity Rings - Explore our collection of wedding and eternity rings, or discuss a custom or bespoke ring to add to your stack!

Our showroom is on the first floor, with a separate entrance for ramp access if needed. If you have any physical or other differences/disabilities that you would like us to know about or make any adjustments for, please let us know and we'll do our best to make sure your appointment is comfortable and enjoyable! E.g. sensitivity to bright lights, no background music, etc.
