Our Repair & Refresh service is the spa day your fine jewellery needs. Just like us, from time to time our jewellery needs some ‘me time’, and this is where our workshop comes in. We offer a full menu of indulgent fine jewellery services, from rhodium plating, to repairs and resizing. Oh, and how can we forget our ‘Refresh’ packages; the ultimate sparkle-filled pamper package for your precious piece.

OUR REPAIR SERVICES
Fine jewellery may be made to last, but it can become damaged from time to time. Our experienced bench jewellers will assess your piece, and recommend the best course of action. You may need the claws on your ring to be re-tipped to strengthen them, a diamond or gemstone sourcing or replacing, or a clasp to be repaired.
In many cases, we'll request an evaluation of your piece in the first instance and provide a detailed quote before going ahead with your repair work.

OUR REsizing SERVICES
Our hands change over time, which means our rings must too. As one of the most requested workshop services, our team are incredibly experienced at resizing rings.
Typically, they can size engagement or wedding rings three sizes up or down, however rings with diamond set shoulders may be limited to two. We offer ring sizers should you need to double check your ring size.
ULTIMATE TLC
OUR REfresh SERVICES
Treat your jewellery to a refresh. If your item is white gold, we'll re-rhodium plate it to revitalise it's original colour. Each piece is carefully cleaned and polished, removing any and all minute scratches, and making it look as good as new. At the same time, our bench jewellers will cast their eyes over your ring to ensure it is structurally sound, and will make any recommendations for future work.
