Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Ready-to-Wear item to request a return. Please note, Ready-to-Wear items that have been resized or engraved are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all return postage charges. We recommend returning your item(s) using a fully trackable postal service and ensuring your parcel is securely sealed.
If you cannot return your items within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us within this time frame. Items can only be returned outside of 14 days of receipt if approved in writing by ourselves.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will aim for your repair or replacement to be fully resolved in 60 days, however, this timescale may vary.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit, and resized or engraved items. These items are specially made to your particular specifications, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances for hygiene reasons. If you are unsure if the item you purchased is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us.
Please note, the following examples will not be accepted as a reason for return under any circumstances:
- You received your made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit or resized or engraved Ready-to-Wear item and it is what you asked for but you have simply changed your mind or have no use for it
- You knew of or were made aware of any faults before you purchased the product, or chose to go against the advice of your designer and have encountered an issue
- You were unclear about what you wanted and upon receipt your item is not as expected, or a feature was included in your CAD model and approved, but you have since changed your mind or decided you don't like this design feature
- Your made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit or resized or engraved Ready-to-Wear item has passed our rigorous quality control checks and is within industry wide casting and finishing tolerances, but you aren't happy with the finish
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This does not apply to any made-to-order, bespoke, custom or shaped-to-fit items, or earrings of any kind.
Refunds and cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, minus any postage costs, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ruby@jessicaflinn.co.uk.
If you need to cancel your made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit or resized ready-to-wear purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after your order was placed. After this time, we cannot guarantee we are able to cancel your order with a full refund.
