With around 10 years in the jewellery industry, I've gained in-depth technical knowledge through JET1 and JET2 qualifications from the NAJ and hands-on experience. Working with our supportive and diverse team is a privilege, especially in nurturing skills and fostering growth. My favourite part of my job is the amazing people who drive our business forward. With a background in teaching and retail, I bring strong people skills, patience, and an ability to ask the right questions to help customers find their dream ring. Although I had no prior jewellery experience before joining Jessica Flinn, I've thrived in this role, thanks to our fantastic, collaborative team. The best part of my job is the people—both colleagues and customers—who make every day enjoyable. Career highlights include my rewarding time as a youth worker, presenting to funders, and being nominated for the Retail Jeweller 30 Under 30 after just 18 months at Jessica Flinn.

I've spent over 15 years in the jewellery industry. Working with my team is a joy, fuelled by creativity and enthusiasm, and I love collaborating on exquisite jewellery and memorable customer experiences. Career highlights include traveling to places like Tucson, Munich, and London for gemstone-related projects, making my time at Jessica Flinn truly rewarding.

Starting as an apprentice sales associate at a high-street jewellery retailer and later working at a traditional family jeweller's repairs counter, I gained valuable customer experience and technical knowledge. As the main product designer at Jessica Flinn, I enjoy creative freedom and collaborate closely with my team. The best part of my job is researching historical jewellery styles and crafting unique designs, which I pitch to our Principal Designer and CEO (Jessica) before finalising with our CAD designer. A career highlight was winning Young Jewellery Designer of the Year at the Professional Jeweller Awards in 2022.

With a degree in human biology, my analytical skills have been surprisingly valuable in the jewellery business, especially for studying sales data and making informed stock purchases. A career highlight was attending the Inhorgenta jewellery fair in Munich, where I learned a lot and enjoyed a weekend away with the team.
