Olivia Is Recognised in Retail Jeweller's 2023 Rising Stars 30 Under 30

Back for its eighth year, Retail Jeweller's Rising Stars 30 Under 30 2023 features one of our very own! It's only our Sales Team Leader, Olivia! And, we couldn't be prouder. The annual programme aims to round-up  30 of the brightest talents, aged 30 or under, working across all areas of the jewellery industry, from manufacture and design through to retail, marketing and PR; in order to nurture and champion young talent - and that she is! 

Olivia started her career at Jessica Flinn as a sales and design assistant with no prior jewellery experience,joining the team in March 2021. She blew the team away with how quickly she took to her role, gaining industry knowledge in an extremely short time frame and quickly becoming an invaluable member of staff. Despite taking some time off to recover from surgery during her first year with the business, Stoddart came back with as much gusto as ever, and has risen up the ranks to become sales team leader. She has developed her knowledge and skills drastically during this time, proving herself to be a fantastic salesperson as well as a role model for her colleagues. She has proven she can manage not only her own workload but help to train and manage others, and her colleagues say she is sure to be joining the senior management team very soon.
