Our Derwent design is made from titanium, with a gold inlay in the centre. The gold is tension held and finished with a satin brushed effect. 4.0 & 5.0mm widths have a 1.50mm inlay, and 6.0 & 7.0mm widths have a 2.00mm inlay.

Please note - although the materials we use are much stronger than gold or platinum, they are still susceptible to scratches and knocks. From the day your ring goes on your finger, it can show signs of wear.

From May 2024 onwards, we will be rolling out new markings on the inside of our rings - this means that some of our ready-to-ship stock will be marked with our Crafted in Sheffield and metal marks, and some will be marked with our new 'Flinn' mark alongside the metal mark in a new font. Once all stock with Crafted in Sheffield has been sold, this mark will no longer be used, and it will not be applied to any new stock going forward. If you have any queries please contact us.
If you'd like to add an additional personal engraving (up to a maximum of 30 characters including spaces) please type exactly what you want in the Engraving box. Please be careful to type in Capitals or Lowercase as you wish the engraving to appear.
The laser engraving on the inside of your ring adds about 1 week to the delivery time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday - Friday.
Our lead times are between 1-12 weeks depending on your chosen ring design and metal. Please see product pages for specific lead time information.
Ready-to-Ship items: Usually dispatched in 1-3 working days, but can take up to 2-3 weeks if we're experiencing high order volumes.
Tantalum items: We do our best to keep plenty of our Tantalum items in stock, however certain sizes and styles can take up to 8 weeks for delivery when stock levels deplete.
Made-to-Order items: We aim to deliver our made-to-order items as quickly as possible, which means where possible your order could be dispatched in 2-3 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks.
Damascus and Silver items: We aim to deliver our Damascus and Silver rings as quickly as possible, however they can take up to 8-12 weeks to craft and dispatch.
Please allow an extra week for a personalised engraving.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-Order items
- Items with personalised engraving
- Items not in pristine, re-saleable condition upon return
Any items eligible for return or exchange must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in pristine, re-saleable condition.
Eligible items returned outside of this period are subject to a re-stocking fee unless explicitly stated in writing by us.
The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present please contact us within a 14 day period. Please read our full returns policy here.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Cash alternatives for gift cards are unavailable on any full or partial balance. However, any remaining balance can be gifted.
We love to share images of the beautiful designs our customers create on both our website and our social media channels. We may share images of your ring on these channels, and as a courtesy we will wait a reasonable period of time from dispatch before posting the images we take.
We also love to share your stunning wedding and proposal pictures, and thank you so much to all our customers that allow us to enjoy their special moment with them. If you send proposal or wedding pictures and videos to our inbox, we will take this as consent to share your images on our website and social media channels.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make us aware if you would not like us to share any content before a certain date, and if we do not hear from you regarding this we may share images of your design and/or wedding and proposal images on our website or social media channels at any time.
We, as the creators of the item(s), control intellectual property rights over the piece and can share photos and videos at our discretion.
