Ready-to-Ship rings can be resized approximately 3 sizes larger or 3 sizes smaller, please allow 10-14 working days.

One complementary resize is applicable to all Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order, Custom and Bespoke engagement and wedding rings, when redeemed within 3 months of delivery of your item. All re-sizes thereafter, or those outside of the 3 month time frame, will be chargeable.
*Please note - if you select "Send me a ring sizer" and your shipping address is outside of the UK, your ring sizer will be subject to standard shipping charges. We will get in touch with you to arrange payment for the shipping of your ring sizer.
*Some ring sizes require additional metal and/or diamonds to create, and therefore may be subject to an extra charge. In this circumstance, we will get in touch with you.
All Made-to-Order, Bespoke, and Custom Rings are available in:

Please note, any render images found on our product listings will vary slightly to the final product.
For all Made-to-Order engagement rings, a centre stone will be selected by our team to fit the parameters specified on the listing. Colours/shade will be matched as closely as possible to the image supplied on the listing, however final colour and shades may vary. If you would like to hand select a gemstone, we recommend opting for our Custom or Bespoke Design Services.

Returns Policy
You can return Ready to Wear items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging. If you cannot return your items within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us within this time frame. Items can only be returned outside of 14 days of receipt if approved in writing by ourselves.
Goods that are personalised, bespoke, resized, engraved or made-to-order to your specific requirements are custom orders, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present please contact us within a 14 day period. Read our full Returns Policy here.
We love to share images of the beautiful designs our customers create on both our website and our social media channels. We may share images of your ring on these channels, and as a courtesy we will wait a reasonable period of time from dispatch before posting the images we take.
We also love to share your stunning wedding and proposal pictures, and thank you so much to all our customers that allow us to enjoy their special moment with them. If you send proposal or wedding pictures and videos to our inbox, we will take this as consent to share your images on our website and social media channels.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make us aware if you would not like us to share any content before a certain date, and if we do not hear from you regarding this we may share images of your design and/or wedding and proposal images on our website or social media channels at any time.
We, as the creators of the item(s), control intellectual property rights over the piece and can share photos and videos at our discretion.

Warranty

Accent diamonds
All lab grown diamond accent stones are D-G VS as standard, and natural/mined diamonds are minimum H Si. If natural diamonds aren't listed, get in touch for a quote!
Hallmarks & Logo
Your ring will be laser marked with our logo as standard. If you do not want your made-to-order, custom or bespoke ring to include this mark, please let us know when you place your order. Ready-to-Wear rings include this mark before purchase.
Your ring will contain a laser or struck hallmark from one of the UK assay offices. Laser hallmarks can wear away over time and during the polishing or resizing process, however it can be re-applied at any time for a fee.
We offer engraving on most of our engagement and wedding rings, usually between 12-18 characters depending on the ring style.
We use the font Work Sans as standard, as it is nice and clear no matter how tiny!
On very rare occasions, the combination of your ring design and engraving may not be possible. If this happens, we'll be in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm how many characters are available on your chosen design.
