MADE TO ORDER:

Each piece of jewellery bought from our web-site is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2 - 4 weeks from placing your order, to your jewellery being dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email of your order and another email when your item has been shipped.

If you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then send us an an email at sales@jessicaflinn.co.uk and we will aim to help.  

PERSONALISE YOUR ORDER:

We offer lots of engraving options to personalise your item of jewellery. Whether it’s a name, a special date or hidden message we would love to help you make your piece more personal. Every piece of our jewellery is handmade and we can personalise it to make it extra special. Want to change one of our designs? Get in touch! Please email sales@jessicaflinn.co.uk and we can come up with a plan together. Want to swap a gemstone for another or change a material or ring size? No problem!

BESPOKE:

If you are interested in having a piece of jewellery designed and created especially for you please email sales@jessicaflinn.co.uk and we will discuss your project. We can communicate by telephone, email or Skype/Face time and you can come for a 1-2-1 appointment with our designer Jessica.

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?:

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

 HOW DO I CHECKOUT?:

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the Checkout button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT:

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa & Master Card. For Bespoke orders we can take a card payment over the telephone or you can send a payment via Bank transfer.

IS MY PAYMENT ONLINE SAFE & SECURE?

Yes! Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through PayPal to ensure safe transaction.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Each piece of jewellery bought from our web-site is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2 - 4 weeks from placing your order, to your jewellery being dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email of your order and another email when your item has been shipped.

UK Delivery - Delivery costs £6.99 per order. Once your order is finished and ready to dispatch, it will be sent via a secure, next day delivery service.

International Delivery - Once your order is finished and ready to dispatch, it will be sent by a secure international delivery service. This is normally charged at £12.99 per parcel.

We also ship worldwide - this normally costs £19.99 per parcel but please contact us for a quotation before you order.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGING

Your jewellery will be sent to you in Jessica Flinn Jewellery boxes. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction, however, should you be unhappy with any aspect of our service or products, or change your mind, please read our terms below.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must email us at sales@jessicaflinn.co.uk in writing within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind. This does not apply to custom made and bespoke orders.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order dispatch confirmation email in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number - only then will we be happy to issue a refund.

IF YOUR JEWELLERY IS FAULTY

You must email us at sales@jessicaflinn.co.uk within a reasonable time scale.

In most cases an exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale), this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We do offer a re-plating or polishing service; email sales@jessicaflinn.co.uk to discuss pricing.

 IF A REFUND IS AGREED

Any goods must be returned within 14 days of the date received  and must be securely wrapped, in the original packaging. If the item is returned damaged due to improper wrapping or care by the customer this may mean we are unable to refund you.  It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.

A refund will be carried out by us within 14 days of Jessica Flinn Jewellery receiving the returned item from the customer.  

The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay. For Paypal customers, this will be refunded into the customer's Paypal account (rather than the credit card used to pay through Paypal).

Jessica Flinn Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Postage cost will not be refunded.

If returning in the UK, Royal Mail’s ‘Special delivery’ service must be used as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you. 

If returning internationally, a fully trackable service must be used as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you.

EXCEPTIONS:

Earrings cannot be returned/refunded, unless they are faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke or Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.

All fine jewellery products are exempt from refund as they are all Made to Order.

For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, Jessica Flinn Jewellery may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer's right to a full refund.

EXCHANGES:

If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item.

You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. 

LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES 

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail.

International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague or neighbour within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Jessica Flinn Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
