Bespoke Fine Jewellery Design Service
If you’ve arrived at this listing, you’ve been invited to pay your deposit for our bespoke earring and necklace design service.
This non-refundable fee allows us to dedicate time to creating your unique design through sketching, stone sourcing and CAD visuals.
Within this package you will receive:
- A dedicated designer to walk you through the process of creating your jewellery
- Emails and or visuals to clarify your design, stones and more
- One CAD visual of your final design
- Up to three tweaks and amendments to your final design
This is a 50% deposit towards our full bespoke design package; the remainder will be incorporated into your final bespoke ring quote.
**Please note** Each bespoke and/or custom project requires design time and expertise from one of our talented designers. That’s why, if you decide to take your design in a totally new direction, or you want to see a different stone in the same style once it has been rendered, we ask you to pay another deposit. As a small business, this covers the cost of our time if you decide not to go ahead.

Ready-to-Ship rings can be resized approximately 3 sizes larger or 3 sizes smaller please allow 7-10 working days.

Although many of our rings can be resized, some of our designs are more challenging than others. These include rings with shoulder stones, channel set diamonds and rings which are patterned all the way around. If you are unsure or have any questions about resizing, please speak to our design team.
Each ring is marked with the 'Jessica' logo, so you know it's authentic and ours.
Would you like to add a personal engraving on the inside of your ring?
Please type exactly what you want in the Engraving box (up to a maximum of 30 characters including spaces). Please, be careful to type in Capitals or Lowercase characters exactly as you wish the engraving to appear on the ring.
The laser engraving on the inside of your ring adds about 1 week to the delivery time.
You could write a special message, nicknames, the date of your wedding or your initials for example. We engraved our rings with a nice, clean, simple font such as Helvetica.
In addition to your engraving, all of our rings are hallmarked to ensure the precious metal used is of the fineness stated in each listing. Our hallmarking guide can be found here.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday- Friday.
Our standard delivery terms
For our "Ready-to-Ship" items, resizing takes 7-10 days.
Our "Made-to-Order", "Bespoke" and "Customised" products will be ready to dispatch in approximatley 4-8 weeks.
Please allow an extra week for a personalised engraving.
Our UK delivery is always FREE of charge. Our European delivery is £14.99 and it's £19.99 to the rest of the world.

Goods that are personalised, bespoke, resized, engraved or made-to-order to your specific requirements are custom orders, which means that the item will be made, personalised or customised especially for you; because of this, these pieces of jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
However, if you order the wrong ring size we will do our best to resize it for you wherever possible.
The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present please contact us within a 14 day period. For more information click here.
We cannot accept returns of earrings under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
